GC TECH is led by Gilbert Quenga, a licensed contractor on Guam with more than 20 years of experience in the construction and painting industry, including extensive expertise in high-rise vertical work. Gilbert began his career in 2000 as a building maintenance worker and later entered the construction scene as a laborer. He advanced as an apprentice painter during the renovation of the former Fiesta Hotel in Tumon and construction of the SM Store Agana. Over the years, Gilbert has built a strong track record, with his most notable achievements as a project manager, a general manager—and eventually as a licensed contractor—where he successfully led his team in completing numerous high-rise exterior projects.
